- Complete Kit or activity Risk Assessment process
- Attach asset tag
- If electrical have device PAT Tested
- If device is in Red/Yellow classes then you must complete wiki page for device. It is suggested that you do this even if the device is Green.
- If the device is Red, then a formal induction plan must be created to cover safe use of the device and owners found to run training course.
- Unleash equipment into space.
