More information?

In addition to the fields on the main page we might want to record:

• Whether a risk assessment has been carried out
  • If so, when and by whom?
• Does the equipment have any safety requirements
• Where is the equipment located (or, rather, where should it be put away to)

+1 to the above also think, a notes and repair/fault/service history would be helpful

+1 there may also be some pieces of equipment where knowing the usage would be good. For example having some idea of how many hours the laser on a laser cut has been used for so we can have some idea of when a replacement would need to be purchased.
