  1. Complete Kit or activity Risk Assessment process
  2. Attach asset tag
  3. If electrical have device PAT Tested
  4. If device is in Red/Yellow classes then you must complete wiki page for device. It is suggested that you do this even if the device is Green.
  5. If the device is Red, then a formal induction plan must be created to cover safe use of the device and owners found to run training course.
  6. Unleash equipment into space.
