Control measures

- Don't leave the machine running unattended.

- Always use handle to open drawer, do not touch any elements inside machine.
- Allow PCB to cool after reflowing
- Necessary control measures arising from the hazard identified of Trapped body parts and Other trapped items are:
- Only use the handle to close drawer and keep body parts and other items clear of the drawer when closing
- Necessary control measures arising from the hazard identified of Electric Shock are:
- Annual PAT test
- Carry out a visual check and check the test date before use.
- Necessary control measures arising from the hazard identified of Harmful Fumes are:
- Advise users to stay clear of machine during automatic operation.
- Observe LCD and machine contents during entire reflow procedure and stop machine and operate main space extractor fans should any hazardous material start to burn or smoke
