This page acts as a record of the equipment in the space, who owns it, who maintains it and if it is currently functional.

Description: human-readable description of item
Owner: who actually (legally) owns the bit of equipment
Tag number: asset tag number which is physically attached to the machine
Acquired on: when Makespace acquired the equipment
Acquired by: how Makespace acquired the equipment (e.g., donation, purchase, loan)
Maintenance contact: who to email if it is broken
Status: see below

Working: equipment is in good order
Broken: equipment has a defect which should be addressed but does not cause it to be inoperable.
Inoperable: equipment should not be used
Being repaired: the maintainer has acknowledged the problem and is working on it
Wont fix: broken beyond repair
