Community Email Adresses for Public Use

• contact@makespace.org - General public contact alias (e.g. used on promo materials, just goes to management for now)
• management@makespace.org - The Directors (Jonny, Laura, Simon)

• list@makespace.org - The Makespace Mailing List (alias for cammakespace@googlegroups.com)
• meetup@makespace.org - The Makespace Meetup List (alias for Makespace-list@meetup.com)

Additional Organisational and Administrative Email Adresses for Member Use

• equipment@makespace.org - Changes to the status of equipment in the space, directed to management and those in charge of equipment
• accounts@makespace.org - Copies of receipts for purchases, directed to management and those in charge of finances
• membership@makespace.org - Membership queries, directed to management and those dealing with membership

Email Architecture

All emails come in to the makespace email server, and are handled by the alias file; the organisational email addresses are all forwarded to a makespace.cambridge gmail account which acts as a central record, and then can have filters added to forward emails to personal emails as appropriate.
