Additional Organisational and Administrative Email Adresses for Member Use
- equipment@makespace.org - Changes to the status of equipment in the space, directed to management and those in charge of equipment
- accounts@makespace.org - Copies of receipts for purchases, directed to management and those in charge of finances
- membership@makespace.org - Membership queries, directed to management and those dealing with membership
Email Architecture
All emails come in to the makespace email server, and are handled by the alias file; the organisational email addresses are all forwarded to a makespace.cambridge gmail account which acts as a central record, and then can have filters added to forward emails to personal emails as appropriate.
