This meeting might be more of a Working Party on laptops than a meeting :)
- FabLab basic kit (from Kit_wishlist#The_FabLab_kit )
- price up items
- get lead time estimates if possible
- Fleshing out the To do list
- from Things_to_do_and_who_is_responsible
- especially working out plans for First Aiders and someone to look after this
- What support do Founders want to enable them to do stuff to help set up the space?
- finance, legal etc? what processes work?
- Get equipment database up to date?
- Walk through Fire risk assessment?
- Write down how a community committee might work, ready to consult with the list
- something like this is needed to make decisions etc
