This meeting might be more of a Working Party on laptops than a meeting :)

• FabLab basic kit (from Kit_wishlist#The_FabLab_kit )
  • price up items
  • get lead time estimates if possible

• Fleshing out the To do list
  • from Things_to_do_and_who_is_responsible
  • especially working out plans for First Aiders and someone to look after this

• What support do Founders want to enable them to do stuff to help set up the space?
  • finance, legal etc? what processes work?

• Get equipment database up to date?

• Walk through Fire risk assessment?

• Write down how a community committee might work, ready to consult with the list
  • something like this is needed to make decisions etc
